Buxton travel to Warrington Town in their final preseason game on 2nd August with a 3pm kickoff.
The Bucks
The match followed Buxton’s 1-0 loss to Stockport County B on Tuesday night.
Reflecting on the performance, manager John McGrath said:
“I thought it wasn’t our typical fluid performance, and it wasn’t just one or two; I thought it was across the whole team. Really sloppy in possession, with miscontrols and balls being given away in sloppy areas. A really off day for us.
I thought Stockport were really good. They were really energetic and really aggressive, so I thought it was a good test for us.”
Opposition
